The Vision for this website was given to a person in a dream. This is their account of the dream:
"Our pastor, who is in Heaven now, was still ministering and I was walking with him. He had two blue large bubble like things floating in the air next to him and I asked, "What are these?" He said, "It is time, it is time, it is time.! These are the two websites you are to set up: www.administrationoftruth.com, and www.itistime-come.com". End of dream. This is in obedience to his instruction which is always the way of Truth.
